Geotest Civil Services is a NATA accredited Public testing facility, accredited in the field of construction Materials testing. We are a Geelong based company and our works are generally located in an area that can be defined as Melbourne to the north and to Camperdown in the west.
The company is independently owned and operated, and has traded under its current name since 2005. During this time, the Company has serviced many clients including State and Local government Departments, Developers, contractors and individuals on a wide variety of projects including utility asset projects, industrial projects, landfills, roads and subdivisional developments.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and ensuring that projects meet specified quality requirements. While the majority of our works relate to compaction control, we routinely provide a wide range of testing services to the construction industry, both in our laboratory and in the field.
The Company provides construction materials testing in accordance with our NATA accreditation. Led by Mr Rod Bennett who has over thirty years experience in the civil construction industry, the company employs a number of fully trained and competent full time staff to provide construction testing services that meets clients expectations.
One of our key operating policies is that we do not actively pursue major projects, preferring instead to ensure that the projects that we do undertake are within our resource capability and to ensure that we can meet our Clients expectations. This is achieved by making sure we are available when required and allows us to focus on delivering a timely and quality outcome to our Clients.
We are capable of meeting the requirements of most civil construction specifications. Where testing services are required that are outside the scope of our current accreditation, the Company uses other laboratories who are appropriately accredited to perform those tests.
